Namma Metro operations on the Purple Line were disrupted for over four hours due to a technical snag, leaving office-bound commuters stranded. Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited failed to provide timely announcements about the disruptions, causing inconvenience to passengers. Delays and overcrowding at Majestic interchange led to arguments between passengers and Metro staff.
