New Delhi: The Centre released guidelines for vocational education and training at the International Purple Fest-Goa 2024. The guidelines aim to enhance accessibility to the ecosystem for people with disabilities and bring in inclusivity. They outline the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, focus on accessibility of vocational education, and address training facilities, assistive tools, curriculum design, and industry collaboration.
