Delhi Education Minister announced that the winter break in Delhi schools will now be extended until January 12, 2024. Due to the ongoing cold wave and a yellow alert issued by the India Meteorological Department classes for students from nursery to class 5 have been suspended for next five days. Edu Min took to the social media platform X to inform the public about the closure of Delhi schools in the coming week. She tweeted, “Schools in Delhi will remain closed for the next 5 days due to the prevailing cold weather conditions, for students from Nursery to Class 5.
