Airlines must provide accurate real-time flight delay information through websites, SMS/WhatsApp/email, and airport displays. The airlines can cancel flights in advance to mitigate passenger inconvenience. The DGCA also mandates facilities for passengers and adherence to CAR Section-3, Series M Part IV.
