Delhi’s fog situation improved on Tuesday as major airports reported fewer cancellations. Although delays persisted, the impact seemed to be diminishing. Mumbai, in particular, experienced only a small fraction of flight cancellations compared to previous days. On Tuesday, there were 17 cancellations, a decrease from 50 on Monday and 30 on Sunday. IndiGo, the market leader, accounted for most of the cancellations on Tuesday. Pune also faced some inconvenience, with 12 cancellations on Tuesday, including five departures and seven arrivals. The affected flights were to and from Delhi, Chandigarh, Guwahati, and Goa, according to airport director Santosh Dhoke.
