States across India have announced early summer vacations for schools amidst rising temperatures. The Meteorological Department predicted heatwaves in various regions including Punjab, Haryana-Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, East Rajasthan, Gujarat, Saurashtra, and Kutch.
