External affairs minister Jaishankar discussed India’s changed foreign policy on terrorism since 2014. He emphasised Pakistan’s challenging relationship and the need for a clearer stance on terrorism. Jaishankar stressed zero tolerance for terrorism, addressing the 1947 Kashmir invasion and Mumbai attack. He highlighted the importance of holding terrorists accountable without borders.
