Among the 12 Budgets presented during Narendra Modi’s 10-year tenure as PM, one figure stands out: Nirmala Sitharaman’s allocation of Rs 11,11,111 crore for capital spending in the upcoming fiscal year—an increase of 11.1% over the current year’s budget estimate.
