Punjab and Haryana HC on Tuesday questioned Haryana govt’s action against protesting farmers and observed that farmers were passing through national highway as they had the right to assembly and movement. These observations were made by a division bench, comprising acting Chief Justice GS Sandhawalia and Justice Lapita Banerji, while hearing a plea filed against sealing of borders and suspension of internet services in Haryana to stop farmers from moving to Delhi via Haryana.
